Sunningwell’s After School Care Club is open to all pupils at Sunningwell from Reception to Year 6, the programme of clubs, and relevant costs are detailed on the timetable below.
If you would like to book a place, please follow the attached instructions. Sufficient credit on your account is required prior to booking. The cost for each session is £4.50 per session, per child. All clubs are limited to 20 spaces.
- Bookings can be made or cancelled with 24 hours notice – online only.
- There will be no paper booking forms, please book online only on the ParentMail app.
- You no longer have to buy ‘after school club vouchers’
Children should be collected from the entrance to 9 ¾ classroom. Please do not park in the staff car park when collecting your child from club.
Important Update – W.E.F 14 November 2022
The introduction of an online booking system for After School bookings back in the Spring has proved very successful.
The online system means that parents are in control of their bookings and the expenditure on their accounts. We are trying to keep our costs down on running the ASC despite rising staffing costs and using the online booking system is part of this, so we can minimize administrative costs.
However, we are often receiving requests to swap clubs, children turn up to clubs with no booking, or we receive requests for bookings for the same day. This means our ASC administrator spends extra time working on these aspects. It is also a safeguarding issue at the end of the school day because of possible confusion about whether children should be collected or at club.
As of November 14th, any clubs not booked online will cost £7.00 per session instead of £4.50 to cover the increased administration cost.
Please note – we are unable to cancel bookings or swap club bookings to another day. Parents/carers can cancel/amend bookings online up to 11.59pm to affect the next day’s bookings
